What to expect on your first appointment?

Expect an assessment at the first visit for me to determine what areas of the body to focus on. You will be asked for a confidential medical history which will help me to form the treatment plan including precautions and doctor recommendation.

You will be asked to undress to the extent to which you are comfortable. Massage therapists can work through clothing or more efficiently on the skin with massage lotion. During treatment, only the areas of the body being worked on will be undraped. I will leave the room while you undress and you cover yourself on the table. And I will work with you throughout the treatment to best meet your needs.
